Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains how Tabadoo handles personal information collected through this website and related enquiry correspondence. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@tabadoo.com. Our contact location is Ontario, Canada.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service and project message. Your website and budget are optional. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the form.
The website and its hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times to deliver the website, maintain server logs and investigate errors or abuse.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to understand your request, reply, discuss a possible project and maintain relevant correspondence. We also use technical information to operate and protect the website and prevent spam. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
The contact form uses a session cookie to protect submissions against forged requests. The website may store a theme preference in your browser. Our form also keeps a short-lived, hashed IP-address record for rate limiting; those records are retained for a 15-minute window and cleaned up during subsequent form activity. No advertising pixels or audience-analytics tools have been added to this website.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or scripts may prevent the form from working. You can email us instead.
Google reCAPTCHA
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Loading and using it allows Google to process technical and interaction information, which can include your IP address, browser and device details, cookies and activity associated with the verification. Google sets a security cookie for its risk analysis. Your verification token is sent to our server and checked with Google before an enquiry is accepted.
Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you prefer not to use reCAPTCHA, contact hello@tabadoo.com directly.
Service providers and disclosures
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes website and form traffic. Accepted enquiries are sent to Tabadoo’s enquiry mailbox and are processed by the email services used to deliver and store that correspondence. Google provides the reCAPTCHA verification service. These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access requests.
We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or respond to a security incident. If a project proceeds, any additional handling of client data will be addressed through the project’s agreed scope and applicable privacy arrangements.
Retention and safeguards
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting project and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful retention requirements and backup cycles. We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including encrypted website connections and server-side submission checks. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or a correction, request deletion, or withdraw consent to further use, subject to applicable legal exceptions and recordkeeping requirements. Email hello@tabadoo.com with enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. We may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
You can also raise a privacy concern through the same email address. If it remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our website or information-handling practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a new use of personal information.
