These terms govern your use of the Tabadoo website. Tabadoo presents marketing, website, ecommerce and practical business-support services. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@tabadoo.com. Our contact location is Ontario, Canada.
Website information and enquiries
Website content describes the kinds of support we can discuss with you. It is general information and does not constitute a binding quote, an offer to perform a particular project or professional legal, tax or financial advice. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or commit either party to work.
We aim to keep information accurate, but service availability, timing and suitability must be confirmed for each project. We may update the website or correct errors without prior notice.
Project agreements
Paid work requires a separate written agreement or accepted proposal covering scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timing and each party’s responsibilities. Revisions, cancellation, refunds, ongoing support, confidentiality and ownership of project deliverables are governed by that agreement. If it conflicts with these website terms on a project matter, the project agreement takes priority.
Marketing, search rankings, advertising performance, sales and other business results depend on factors outside our control. No particular outcome is guaranteed by the website. Third-party costs, software licences and platform subscriptions must be addressed in the project agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass security checks, submit spam or malicious code, or use the form to send unlawful, threatening or infringing material. We may restrict access or reject submissions that misuse the website.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having permission to share it. Do not submit another person’s confidential or personal information unless you have an appropriate basis to do so. Do not send login credentials or payment-card information through the enquiry form. Our Privacy Policy explains how website and enquiry information is handled.
Website content and imagery
The Tabadoo name, logos, text and website presentation belong to Tabadoo or are used under applicable licences. Photographs, graphics, fonts and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may view the website and share links to it. Reusing its branding or copying and redistributing its material requires permission or another lawful basis.
Service-card photographs and decorative graphics are illustrative. Their appearance does not imply that the pictured people or brands are Tabadoo clients, endorse Tabadoo or represent completed client projects.
Third-party services and links
The website uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention and may link to third-party websites. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability or operation. A link does not by itself imply an endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or that every enquiry will be delivered. If the form fails, contact us by email. You remain responsible for deciding whether website information is appropriate for your circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tabadoo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the relevant project agreement.
Changes and contact
